Sound bar problem

I have HT-CT290 Soundbar with WCT290 sub woofer, the power light on the sub woofer does not light up so I can not sync it with Soundbar, any ideas anyone ?

Try resetting it using the steps in the Manual (page 26).

How can you reset if there is no power to it?

Hey there, the reset is done on the main unit, sometimes it just lost the link, however, it doesn't work at all times and it will need to be sent for repair.
