In January of this year Sony removed access to firmware updates for older TVs.

As your TV is from 2009/2010 it probably falls under this.

If you click on the link below to the support page for your TV you can see there are no

firmware updates available.

The right question imho is why one would need to update the software of a such an old device? What do you expect to enhance?
