I am having issues creating recovery media for my S series. So far:
The tabs on Vaio Care do not match the instructions so am unable to create recovery media,
The downloaded instructions do not work properly - they are full of HTML links which are inoperative
The serial number is not recognised when trying to register the product,
Sony customer support is down for maintenance.
Any advice would be appreciated.
