enable color in arcsoft webcam

the webcam is black and white in my all new i7 laptop (SVE1511C5E)

i see the colorenable is disabled in arcsoft webcam settings but it can't be enabled

reinstalled the driver but it did not help

can someone let me know on how to enable color in webcam

Do you think there is a defective problem on your webcam? Try to set it on default and use like 2-3 software for your webcam. If the color won't change, I suggest for you to have it checked and replaced.
