The laptop keeps shutting down after about 1 minute- it used to take about 10 minutes. I've stripped it down to expose the fans and blown them with compressed air but to no effect. I'm uncertain which screws to undo next - there are three recessed into the fan housing but they look difficult to replace --especially if they are not the ones to undo next. I've not found a site which shows how to strip my model. "Insidemylaptop.com" purports to show the K series but it does'nt show how to remove the fans and its not my model because the hinge mounts are different. I suspect there are cooling tubes in the fan housing and that they are blocked-thats why I want to remove the fans..
