how to transfer music files from vaio to bluetooth phonr

Hi,

Just purchased my new Vaio on Friday. Have bluetoothed phone to laptop, have copied cd to folder, but am unable to send it wirelessly to phone.

Maybe I'm being a bit thick, any suggestions as to what I need to do.
