My HDD broke, now how can i reinstal Windows?

I have my hdd broken, so i bought new hdd to use my notebook, but now i don`t havy any version of Windows to install it. Could I have a way to solve this problem?

Hi pitiryakov,

If you have not created your own recovery media the disks can be purchased from support.

These will only work on the new hard drive if it has the same sector format as the original drive - that is 512 bytes as opposed the the new Advanced Format drives that use 4096 byte structure.
