i'v tried everything updates rollbacks etc its just a nightmare it was working perfectly until a mth or two ago it worked ? for a day last week then reverted to normal ! not burning dvds cds + - r or rw nothing ????
at 1400 euro's to buy this laptop ???? not very impressed
i'm not a techie so simple plain english help ! please thanks
i'v used click 2 disc windows media & dvd maker everything nothing works it prepares burns then just stops ???
