NOISY FAN CPU USAGE HIGH PCG-K415B

im having a big problem i have just done a fresh install of windows xp i have looked up and can see that you can change the fan speed in vaio power managment but the only 2 options i am getting are lcd video lcd brightness 😞 can some one tell me how to fix this please thanks i tryed vaio update 5 but only thing coming up is a forign version of sonic

you cannot change cpu fan speed manually
two options fast speed / long battery life
system switch autommatically fans speed when CPU/GPU warms up

if fan is a really wery noisy then you must clean him up

its wery easy if you know haw to do it
