Norton not installing - service packs

Norton saying they can`t install as they cannot see/fiind the reqired service packs for vista which I did hahve have they vanished...

Do you know which Vista service pack is required for the version of Norton that you are trying to install?

To check which service pack you have right click 'My Computer' and select 'Properties'. The Windows version and any service packs installed should be detailed.
