Apparently despite costing almost £2500 my laptop does not qualify as being a business machine and if I want a repair I have to subject it to a bumpy courier journey to and from a repair centre for an unspecified length of time. Why they don't offer a support contract as an extra I dont understand. I have onsite support for a £300 dell machine.
If anyone knows of a 3rd party company offering on-site support for the Vaio VGN-AW range I would love to know.
