Recovery Disk Set

OK, Finally got a hold of SONY UK, they say that they will be shipping me my Recovery Disk set., so they say......???


I would like to get some feedback on the does&donts when using the disk. My notebook, when purchased was format and all VAIO software was lost. Some things I have been able to locate online but there are still somethings that are not working properly, for example: the Motion Eye doesnt work, keyboard is not right, ect....
