A few weeks ago I bought a Sony Vaio SR39VN laptop, I have noticed that the battery seems to be loose even when the lock switch is on, is there anyway that I will be able to fix this issue?
Also the case around the laptop's keyborad seems to be very soft and can be pushed down with little force is the laptop supposed to be like this?
