I would like to know can i upgrade my VGN-FE41S "DVD+RW Drive UJ-850"to "Blu-ray Write BD-5750H" ?

The BD-5750H will fit and work in your machine but you will need to check whether the bezel from the existing drive will attach to the new.

You will obviously also need the necessary software to play and record Blu-Ray.
