Webcam not responding. When I ask for diagnosis computer tells me software up to date and all is in order with 'sony visual communications camera' --- can't skype without it -- sony support not much help -- best they can suggest is system recovery which I don't want to do at this stage --- that will be my last resort --- can anyone come up with ideas to help a pensioner.
