Back Up from Sony Tablet

Is it possible to back up everything on the tablet to my pc; if so how is this done.

I have just had to reset the tablet as it kept rebooting and it is taking me ages to redownload all my apps etc.

if your device is routed then there are a few apps that will do this but I persume yours is not so no there arnt any at the moment
