Not a happy customer now..

Had my product since the 13th Decemeber and I seemed to be one of the only people that hadn't had a SINGLE issue with the device.

Looks like I spoke to soon.

I made a request on the Tablet S Facebook page not so long ago, asking for Theme Hospital. To my total amazment, I notice that it's now in the PSX Store.

I've gone to buy the game, I've been billed and sent an email saying that my card will be billed, to find, that when I try and download the game, I simply get an error saying "An error has occurred. (8008102E)

I note that it doesn't show in my downloads, but shows on my online Billing History. I did some research and found that another user was having the same issue as me;

Any ideas please, I'm a pretty patient customer but this takes the buiscuit a little in my opinion?

I was hoping it would be fixed "overnight"
