ps store available to download and install but not activated for uk?

Both apps available in ireland but when redirected to the account manager it gives a "purchase cancelled" error. Are these apps supposed to be working in Ireland?

I have the same problem in Ireland. When I try to update/install the Account Manager I always get en error!!  What happend with the Account Manager in Ireland? is not available? Without this AM we cannot get access to the ps store!!!

Please somebody can tell us a solution?

PS store working now. 10 ps games to start with. Looks like the teething probnlems are gradually being ironed out.
