Sony Tablet's Remote work on media centre VGX-TP2..?

Hello,

I have a Sony Media Centre VGX-TP2. I recently purchased a Sony Tablet S. The remote on the Tablet controls my other Sony devices perfectly, except the PC. Would anyone know if there is an app, or a way of tweeking the remote software so I can drive the PC with the Tablet's remote control?

I don't know about using the IR remote, bug I use unified remote over wifi to control my pc. It's got around 30 remotes, from simple mouse and keyboard to media remotes. I highly recommend it, and it has a free version you can use.
