Still waiting for Android 5.0 in my Xperia Z3

This is the 3rd time that I write this topic ¿why you deleted them?
Is a simple question. I want to know how long time I need to wait to download Android 5 in my Xperia Z3 tablet. The update was announced in march, we are in June and I am still waiting for the update.
I live in Slovakia. Is this the reason? It is not available in Slovakia?
Please do not delete the post again.

just like any other update, you have two options

1. wait for the update to be approved and released in your country, is or was your phone locked to a carrier or network branded at any point? 

or

2. manually update your phone with flashtool
