Hi,
I finally bought a real 256GB microSD card to use in a XZ2, after numerous fake ones (tested by f3 on a Linux PC).
In theory, the XZ2 supports up to 400GB microSD cards, thus this card should be OK.
However, "Files" -or "File Explorer"- only show stored data up to some 35GB. If I create new folders -easier to spot afterwards, and transfer data to them are either not stored or deleted after a while.
-although the remaining capacity of the card seems to be decreasing as I try to transfer data onto the card (ie music files, pictures, videos).
I understand that the data have been stored somewhere but then can't be seen.
I have tried to format the card to ex-Fat so I could use in my PC as well so the extended features of that format can be used, but only works as Fat on the phone.
I was adviced to format the card on the PC rather than the phone by customer services of the card makers, so I did.
Does anybody know what is happening?
