I have a sony xperia xz2 premium smartphone. And I have the same problem with the microphone after updating the software to android 10.

I have the same problems normal calls don't work anymore the one i call can't hear me anymore. The microphone is ruined. Batterylife isn't there anymore it drains really fast and.

I already thought about changing the brand of the phone, if this is not quickly fixed, then this is my last Sony

I've never had such a bad experience after an update there are so many problems. My perfect phone is almost worthless now nobody can hear me when I make calls. Battery won't last more then 10 hours now. There are ghost apps that I can't remove or open. The fingerprint scanner doesn't work anymore. For me it's the same if there's isn't fixed anything soon I'll buy another brand phone I had enough of this. If it can't be fixed then bring it back to android 9 that was 100 times better then this I'm really disappointed

Mic is working well in calls but sound is too low in voice messages , how to solve this issue? I tried to search on the internet and i found the same issue with other phones and this issue get solved when they made a software update and actually i have the latest android and xperia updates, any other tips?

They have to release a new update to fix this issue and the battery issue as well, this new update is useless
