Android 10 X-Reality(video image enhancement)function is not working

plz! fix it，that function is the reason why I chose to buy Sony mobile.I love these function.enjoy the video.but now HDR is not working and this too.it make me disappoint，I'm regret upgraded，also I consider to turn back to 9 but my data is too much need to back up，I can't take risks.Hope Sony can fix it.plzThis is Android9 one is x-reality off one is on status
