Goodevening Sony family, please i have a problem with my Sony X Z3,eversince i upgraded to android version 10, the fingerprint sensor had stopped working.(Song X Z3, model number H8416, Build number 52.1.A.3.92) Please what is the way forward?
Maybe check a few things first.
- did you try to setup FP from start to see if that helps?
- does it (not) happen in safe mode as well?
