I've got some nice wireless earplugs, Sony WF-SP700. They have been working fine with my XZ2 compact since I bought it last August.
Suddenly, probably right after the last upgrade, the media sound doesn't work any more .It works for calls, but no apps, music player, podcasts, browser etc. All sound settings are correct (it used to work before), I have of course made sure the headphone app is the latest version, disconnected, rebooted, recharged and reconnected the devices, and all that stuff.
It works fine with my husbands iPhone and my computer. I also have the same problem testing with another wireless headset connected to my phone, so it would be the phone and not the accessory that is the problem.
Any good ideas for solutions?
