Phone says charging but not leaving 0%

My phone starts charging when connected to charger. But never leaves 0% I have tried to reset phone. And tried different charger. I am using original charger for phone. I have tried removing SIM card and charging still no luck

You started with a reset, that is always a good plan to start with when other attempts fail.

Is it charging or is it not?

Does the red led light up?

Does the charger charge other phones?

Can you charge your phone with another charger?

Does it charge when the phone is turned off?
