Prueba tomar un alfiler y limpiar la ranura arriba de la marca de logo «Sony» en la pantalla donde entra la luz que regula el sensor. A veces se acumula polvo allí que impide el paso de luz. Funcionó para mí.
Try taking a pin and cleaning the narrow slot above the Sony logo on the screen where the light enters which regulates the sensor. Sometimes dust accumulates there which impedes the passage of light. This worked for me.
