Hi @Hafarqbor,

In the inbuilt Do not disturb mode, there is no setting to let certain applications send notifications with sound when this mode is enabled as shown in the screenshot that @Strampke posted.

I haven't had a look myself in the Google Play store to see if there are any applications available that will enable Do not disturb but also have extra settings for notifications during this mode, but you can always have a look there.

This is incorrect. 

The feature is part of Android. 

Go to settings->apps->selectApp->notifications - >advanced->interuptsPriorityOnly.

Only some apps request this setting. If it app isn't programmed for it this setting will not even show up. It's an very annoying setting as apps like to default with it on by default.
