When upgrade to the latest system, the whole media system is unusable, can't open the album, camera video, and even can't send the photos or videos by the apps, can't screenshot.
Also, many apps even the play store and the setting crash usually, it is a such bad firmware for this device, hope to get fixed soon!😒
