WhatsApp Caller too loud

I made video call with my xz premium and the volume was completely down. Still the caller was very loud in WhatsApp. 

It was late at night and I had to cover the front speaker with my finger.

Is there a possibility like the loudness protection barrier info, for not playing music so loud because of ear damage, for the opposite?

I  have the same issue. The video call on whatsapp is so loud that everyone can hear the discussion. It`s very annoying that i can`t lower the volume. So much money for this phone , but it doesn`t have this function. How is this possible?! Is there any solution for this?
