Before trying to repair our beloved and hollowed update that littearly made a **bleep** mess out of our phones, I decided to do a backup knowing it's the safest thing to do before going for a full on hard repair on the phone. Which actually did improve performance, but at the cost of losing all my conversation, all my personal data and above all my what's app conversations, which are essential to my business. Now I am left cripple and looking into the dark with but a candle, each time I try to do a restore 90% of the files fail to upload on the phone.
What am I to do, fellow brethern?
