xz2 and xperia companion

hello, just wandering, I'm still using Android 9 on my xz2 dual

my bluetooth does not see any devices to pair.

I've tried the test in settings>about fone etc and it says its working perfect.

If I want to use xperia companion to repair my fone, will it automatically install the new Android 10 os? or just repair the original Android 9 that's on there now.

A very important question...considering what a stuff up the Android 10 update has been, from reading through here.

yes it does replace Android 9 with 10

no it stays on Android 9...

sorted, opened companion and it says it will be repaired with latest version available, which is Android 10....so no thanks
