A6400 salt water

Recently I slipped on some rocks and my camera was splashed with quite a bit of salt water. The camera functions with exception of the shutter button. There is no visible damage but when pushing the shutter button it takes the photo and does not auto focus. I cannot hold down the button to focus and get the green focus square for example on people. 

I live in Ferrol Spain and looking to find a service centre or advice to fix the unit.
