Hi,
My TV recently did a software update and the first time I used after that everything appeared fine. However, I have gone to use it today and upon switching it on it came up with multiple messages that various apps had "stopped". The pop-up message has an OK button on it and when I press it it comes up saying a different app has stopped. This repeats itself until the same message informing me that the same app (most of the time GamepadManager) has stopped continually pops up every time I press OK. Eventually the TV then reboots itself. I have tried switching it off at the power socket but everytime it boots up the same thing happens.
Sick of this TV now. I knew there were software issues when I first bought it but I would have expected them to be have sorted by now.

Hi,
Its similar, I've uploaded a video
Its impossible to navigate any of the menus to do a factory reset. Is there another way using hardware keys to boot to recovery like you would on an Android phone?

Thanks, that seems to have fixed it with a couple of attempts. Bit of an extreme fix though as now I will have to reinstall all my apps and get it setup again.
