I am having issues getting Amazon instant video to work on my Sony TV it had been working up until Thursday night and will work on my laptop and ipad. The App will open and I can go to my watchlist and select a progam, but when I click on the watch program nothing happens? Any ideas, I have tried software updates and checking my internet conection all are fine (it will play netflicks with no issues)

Amazon prime not working on new Sony Bravia 32 e61 although still ok on main lounge set (55 inch). Did work at first, accepted Amazon registration successfully but now won't work
I don't get content error, but the message is Internet connection failure. The internet connection works for Netflix. Don't know what to do to fix it!
Go Home button on remote
Scroll over to settings, click on it
Go down to Apps, click on it
Go down to AmazonVideoMigrator, open it
Clear data and cache
Then go down to Prime Video and clear data and cache
This should solve the problem
Same problem since update
Did you try to clear the cache and data and uninstall the updates?
Also, what's your exact TV model?
