Connecting 49XG9005BU TV to the internet via Wired LAN

I have connected a 49XG9005BU TV to the internet via Wired LAN.

However, some apps recognise the connection and others don't.

For example, Netflix/Amazon Prime stream correctly but the Home Screen tiles do not connect and neither does YouTube.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you disabled integrated Wi-Fi?
