Recently iPlayer and ITV hub have both been removed (not by us) from our TV and we cannot re-install them as the Google app store says they are not available.
Loads of other apps are fine, Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video etc etc. We are not using a VPN and have a ariel plugged into our BT box.

Help.
Hi Richard, they are probably available in a sub menu on your home menu. Press Home, scroll to apps and then you'll find Sony Select, open it and you'll find them there. I hope this helps
Hi Elodin,
Thanks for replying. Unfortunately all
of the apps in the Sony Select folder have an error “An error has occurred. Please try again later”
Any ideas?
Rich
Have you tried force stopping the Sony select app and clearing the cache for that app followed by a restart it may then bring back the missing channels
Hey @RicharDJames, is it possible to plug the aerial directly to the TV instead of the box? Have you also tried to turn the TV off, unplug all external devices then replug the power only and check again?
It's also important to have the TV running on the latest software version.
And you can try to disable/enable YouView (settings - watching TV - channels - Channel setup - YouView setup - enable YouView) and check how it goes.
Hi,
Thanks for the reply, yeah I tried all of that on finding they had moved to Sony Select. Still no joy!
Thanks
Hey @RicharDJames, if you have a digital aerial connected, try to retune the channels (settings - watching TV - channels - Channel setup - digital setup - digital tuning - digital auto tuning) and check again. If that didn't work, try a factory data reset as a last option 😞
