NAS

Having trouble accessing my nas drive on my a90j, can't find the synology nas in media player or vlc yet can access it no problem when using vlc on my firestick, easiest way to get catch up tv. Is there any settings I should be altering on tv to access nas ? It worked fine on my xg9005.

hmm, which VLC version  do you run on your TV?

Hi, and one more thing some VLC version has problem with smb 1 or 2 release .  Can you test it? ->

Create a new share without pass for guest on your NAS and put there 1 movie. Try to access it.
