I have purchased a new Sony Bravia KD-55XG8196 Android TV in the UK.
I have just updated the firmware to the latest version. The ITV Hub and All4 apps have disappeared.
I go into the Google Play Store app and select the search icon in the top-right of the screen. If I search there for all4 or ITV, I get no results.
Can anyone help?

Are you using YouView?
If you disable this, you lose these two apps, which come as part of YouView, not from the Google Play Store.
if you are confident about sideloading, look up Hoshsadiq on the web, though.
Thanks. I assumed ITV Hub, iPlayer and All4 would be Apps from the Google Play Store.
I will look via YouView. I'll also google sideloading.
You should find the BBC iPlayer and My5 in the Google Play TV Store, as these are available on the Freeview side of these sets.
Only All4 and the itv hub are YouView only; something that seems increasingly bizarre with every passing day.
