Sony Bravia Android Oled TV

My mother's TV has suddenly started with Talkback. The settings in Accessibility are OFF including the shortcut. I've pulled the plug and used Restart without success. Finally, I used Factory Reset and that was unsuccessful too. Please advise.

Hi @Ginagee1   The starting point for any enquiry is the full model number of the TV. It will start with KD, XR or K. When you say Talkback, do you mean Audio Description? What input or source does this happen on?

Edit: Sorry, I see that Sony has a Talkback option, new to me after 40 years! No idea what it does.

Thanks for your reply. I eventually found the problem and it wasn't the TV. The lady in question had inadvertently turned on AD on Sky by pressing the ? button on her remote control. Thanks again.

Hi @Ginagee1   That is the reason why I asked "What input or source does this happen on?".
