The SONY logo appears and then shows a black screen

the sony logo appears for about 3 sec then the screen goes black, the power light stays green and using the remote to "change channels" makes the white light flash but the screen stays black.

Can you access the home screen or is it also black?

Have you seen a red blinking LED?

Please unplug the TV from mains for some minutes and see if it solves the issue.

None of the keys work

Mine identical. Started as constantly trying to reboot, but getting to Sony screen then black, then Sony...

Now white led light on, screen black and nothing happening.

tried everything switched off and a reboot holding power and - sound buttons, but didn’t help.

last night before going to bed I turned off normal sony tv KD-55X8509C
and in the morning when I turn it on my sony logo appears then it tries
to load the Android app after which it repeats the same procedure and then
the screen turns black and the LED stays on .
I don't understand what happened overnight, although a few hours ago it worked normally

can anyone help me if you have the same problem

Have you tried clearing the cached data on the TV? (Home - Settings - Storage & Reset - Internal Shared Storage - Cached data)
