Any of sensor not working in my Xperia C3 dual

All sensor isn't working in my Xperia C3 dual. I have reset it 2-3 times but I can't solve my problem.. plz help

does this happen when you are on safe mode??

how about software repair using Xperia Companion, it is different from a reset since it will re install the OS itslef./
