Dear Sony!

I'm confused by informations I'm getting from your supportt centres. Once I hear I can't have unpaid repair, another person says I need International warranty...

The case is I own Sony rx-100 camera which get damaged. I bought my camera when I was living in Germany, now I live in UK. Products sold in Germany are coverd by manufacturer warrnty for 2 years. Products sold in UK have only 1 year warranty but according to EU law my 2 years warranty should be still valid here, right? If yes, how do I register my product for repair? When I try to fill the form on website it says warranty has already expired.

I'd really appreciate quick answer. I'm very disapointed with your customer service so far.

I have passed this onto Sony Support for them to clarify and explain.  When I hear something back, ill reply.  Although, they may just contact you directly, please let me know of the outcome if they do.
