hx400v .. why dont you let Greece's ciitizens

to download and pay normally aplications downloaded from my HX400V camera ? 

you know using the camera's wifi , and checking applications. but a window writes : 

"signed out since the service is not distributed in the country / region of you account " 

for god sake WHYY ?! 

you pay so much hundreds of money .. and Sony is worldwide company, having service in Greece ... why this technological "racism" ???
