 I have the above camera and have the error message Read c:\coldata. bin reupdate fw. And sometimes code f3. 4. None of the buttons will work etc. Any suggestions would be appreciated

Hi Nic

If I've found the reset button it doesn't work. Nor does leaving the battery out etc. The buttons won't work so i can't access the menu either

to me that sounds like you will need to contact a repair center unfortunately.
