call blocking

in call block menu there are options for blocking all outgoing calls or all incoming calls. how to block any specific individual number?

To block a specific number from calling you, save the number as a contact and while you create/edit that contact you should have an option to always send it to voicemail under [menu].

I have heard that Calls Blacklist is a good app to try. however you use these apps at your own risk.
