when is 11.3.A.2.23 update coming to India?

11.3.A.2.23 still not come here.. Checked in update center,pc companion ,Sony Ericsson update thingy.... Says I have latest version

I update through pc companies,phone running smoothly from previous but not totally smooth..

mine is smooth enough b4 i couldnt even play temple run now 100mb games ,it can handle nicely

NO it's removed because of sound stuttering after screen turning off...
