Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.
Have you tried with another SIM-card in your unit to see if the same behaviour appear? Otherwise, I suggest that you contact your operator to see if there are some type of forwarding etc. on your SIM-card or some network error.

Since you've already tried with a factory reset, I would suggest that you try another SIM-card in your unit to see if you experience the same behaviour. There are no settings in the phone for this type of behaviour.

You should use it for a while to see if you experience the same behaviour. If you don't experience the same behaviour, I suggest that you order a new SIM-card from your operator since it sounds more like a network/SIM-card related issue.
