I have recently purchased a BDV N7200W 5.1 surround system. The rear (surround) speakers cut out frequently. It happens for about 2-3 seconds every 30 seconds or so. It happens when connected to the TV (ARC HDMI) and also through Bluetooth, so I think the issue is with the unit. I haven't noticed it when playing from my computer over HDMI, so I'm not sure it's an issue with the connection to the rear box.
Any thoughts? Thanks in advance!

Hi There
As it appears only the rear speakers are cutting out, the HDMI connection is fine. I would be looking at the rear base unit which connects to the main one wirelessly. The screenshot below is from page 54 of the manual. Have a test with those settings to see if it improves.
