How do I connect my Giga Juke to my BT Hub

I recently change my broadband to BT and this has caused problems connecting my giga juke to the Internet.

For  a short period of time I had a connection, but this has now failed.  I've tried all the various options to reconnected, but without success.  Can anyone help?

Have you had any help/solved the problem ?

I have found (I think) that the problem is due to IP address conflict

ie Giga Juke and hub have the same

not sure what to do next

Did anyone get anywhere with this? I have the same problem. The Giga Juke main unit picks up the BT Personal Hotspot connection but not our main connection. But the two receiving units pick up and connect to the main connection just fine.
